Anti-Tax Organization Vs. Huckabee
According to the NY Times Club for Growth, an anti-tax organization spent over $500,000 in trying to stop Huckabee's candidacy.
While their efforts failed in Iowa, they will head out to New Hampshire in hopes of winning over the public there as they believe that Huckabee will become a big spender and raise taxes. However, as governor Huckabee did raise taxes but it was to improve the roads and schools. Let's see how successful they will be in New Hampshire.. RE: Anti-Tax Organization Vs. Huckabee
I heard earlier that Huckabee is pushing a plan to abolish federal income tax and replace it with a 23% federal sales tax. I'd imagine that one will go down like a lead balloon with most people.
