General election 2010 - Will it have anything to do with policies?
Is anyone else fed up of the way the UK's to main parties are going at it at the moment?
David Cameron especially has been extremely opportunistic recently, jumping on top of every negative headline about Labour or the PM, with real venom. This coming from the guy who when he became leader of the Tories, said he would put an end to "Punch and Judy Politics". This pre-election warm up has been farcical so far. Now Dave has jumped on the latest headline about Gordon Brown bullying. It's been nothing but political mud-slinging, and I for one am sick to death of seeing our leaders behave in this manner. Are we going to actually see any policies talked about? Or God forbid, some manifestos? |
