Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO will get $68 million bonus
Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO Lloyd Blankfein will take home nearly $68 million bonus this year. He breaks his previous record of $54 million set last year. He has made it to the list of few Wall Street CEOs to collect a bonus this year.
$68 million is a real huge amount. Great going!

RE: Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO will get $68 million bonus
It is remarkable that the company sees the deeds of one man as so important. What exactly did he do to justify such a large payout? I wonder whether other employees at the company received commensurate bonuses, or at least in proportion to their perceived value to the company etc.? I suspect not!

RE: Goldman Sachs Chairman and CEO will get $68 million bonus
Other companies in the same niche are witnessing steep losses but this company is doing pretty good. So, that's the main reason for the bonus.
I think other employees would also have received some good money but not as good as he received. He has over-achieved his target whereas other CEOs are unable to do so. |

Oh God! Thats a real huge amount in my opinion. He made a considerable money last year too. Such an amount would be really encouriging for CEOs of other companies.
