RE: Life after Death
You say you're not religious. Perhaps, not in a structured way. But, it sounds like you have "religion" or "spirituality".

RE: Life after Death
Hi Dig...I am spiritual in nature, that is something I have remembered through experience throughout my life. My interraction with organized religion was a negative experience. The only part I enjoyed was to enter a church alone, sitting in that space watching the sun come through the shards of the stainglass windows, feeling the deep silence, breathing in the smell of the pine pews and pondering about the beautiful archetecture and the meanings of the life sculpted into statues. I evidently am inherently designed to not have blind faith in life and I say this because right from childhood I experienced an aversion to be conditioned into religious belief and dogma. I fought stubbornly to own and use my own mind rather than give it over to a set, fixed dogma about life. This is how I see it!!
