Long-term Jobless Will Pick up Litter

In a Green Paper, the UK government oulined plans by which it will at last take quicker steps to alleviate the UK tax payer of subsidising nigh on every lay about in Europe and beyond by making those on long term benefits to work by cleaning graffiti and picking up litter.
