Moscow tops list of pricey cities
Moscow tops the league of the most expensive cities to live in for expatriates, followed by Tokyo and London.

LOL, the list for 2009 was Tokyo, followed by Osaka and Moscow.

The cost of living seriously impacts your quality of life.. you might get really excited about getting a new job offer from overseas, but always, always check the cost of living because you may realize that the salary isn't that high at all when you consider rent, and utility bills and other general expenses.
