The North Korean threat to South Korea really show their belligerence. Despite the fact that they are violating international rules, the North Koreans have actually threatened the safety of civilian passengers whose plane would stop in North Korea. What would happen if the world decided they did not want any North Korean flights to leave North Korea?

North Korea is one of the most rebellious country worldwide. They find threat and rebellion as the answer to their bounded requests for power.

I am not too sure this is the case. News services reported that they were no longer able to guarantee the safety of flights over its air space.

This happened shortly before they announces they'd be launching a rocket supposedly to test satellite launching capabilities.
