Upcoming cricket series between India and Australia!
Do you guys think that India can do some wonders in this series? In the past, Australia always had the upper hand (except 20-20 matches) but India is in great form and most of the players, young and old, are performing quite well! So, I think India has some chance this time.
What do you think? |

RE: Upcoming cricket series between India and Australia!
Although still a very strong side, Australia have lost a little bit of their edge in recent years with many of the old guard (Waugh, Warne etc.) either retiring from Test cricket or getting on in years. So Australia have a little bit of regrouping to do over the coming years. Indian on the other hand are returning from a poor spell. I think the early and mid years of this decade saw what is for them a weak Indian side competing, but the youth of that side has now gained the required experience to beat even the world's best. They also go in to the series with the confidence boost knowing Tendulkar will be fit to play. It could turn out to be an evenly matched and very interesting series, although you have to favour the Aussies on their home turf

RE: Upcoming cricket series between India and Australia!
Yeah, Australia have the edge on the home turf. But India has got a good boost after the recent series win against Pakistan. And all the players are in great form so that's the greatest thing that will help them. Plus, Dhoni is a great captain of the one-day side and has an unconventional thinking.
Sorry, not really sure about the England-New Zealand series as I haven't been following the matches of other countries for quite sometime. |

I also think that both the countries have equal chances of winning this tournament but if we look at the scores of the first test match till now, Australia seems to be the better side.

Yes, not the expected start by India. It can only get better for them
